Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include basic SAP application experience, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), Warehouse, Shipping and/or Receiving background would be strongly preferred.
Correspondence, accurately checking in material, cycle counting, bill of lading, reporting, inventory control, and other administrative task as assigned. Basic SAP application experience and computer skills; will train on specific areas.
