We are searching for a Regional Vice President who will be responsible for oversight of several Nursing Homes / Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for an RVP candidate with a verifiable track record of success in Regional Level SNF / LTC management. (Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s license is required.)

The ideal nursing home RVP candidate will have substantial prior operations experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing Home management and documented experience in program development and census/occupancy growth. Our client is a high-caliber company.

RVP requirements:

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s License required

• Multi-facility or corporate leadership experience within Long-Term Care

• Expertise in LTC regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census

• Skilled in fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

• Proficient with Long-term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC / SNF) reimbursement

Regional Vice President / VP responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality census mix

• Cost containment

• Ensuring exceptional regulatory compliance

• Providing quality control

• Optimizing customer relations

• Managing and supervising staff in the region

• Meeting financial objectives
