Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for a very important client.

Job Summary:

Working with suppliers to obtain RoHS, REACH, Conflict Mineral and any other compliance documents. Must be willing to initiate dialog with suppliers and escalate to the appropriated management level to obtain compliance documents.

Job Duties:

- Compile emails send to suppliers to request RoHS, REACH, Proposition 65, Conflict Mineral and any other

Compliances.

- Be able to escalate to the appropriated managements level to obtain compliance documents

- Be consistence and follow up with Suppliers daily via email or telephone.

- Work with internal team to deposit RoHS, REACH, Conflict Mineral and other compliance documents to data base.

- Keep records of compliance documents filed or removed, using logbooks or computers.

- Modify and improve filing systems or implement new filing systems.

- Convert documents to an electronic media (i.e. electronic scanning).

- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

1. Office Training or Business experience

2. 1-year related experience in office administration

3. Basis knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook email, Microsoft Word and Excel.

1. Strong Organization and communication skills

2. Willing to take on new tasks / assignments

3. Accurate Data Entry

4. Good computer and can follow instructions with minimal supervision.
