Position Purpose: Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions

Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements

Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers

Generate detailed system requirements with cost projections, cost benefit analysis and ROI

Train and mentor IT team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant design and architecture experience.

2. Experience developing web, software, or mobile applications

3. Familiarity with several programming languages and in-depth experience in at least one. We’re much more interested to know that you learn quickly, have high discipline in your work and are proficient in a variety of languages and tools.

4. Expertise with unit testing & integration test for mobile and web applications.

5. Experience with building web applications with React/Redux JavaScript (ES2017) frameworks.

6. Experience with delivering Libraries and SDK for iOS and Android ecosystem.

7. Experience with full stack development. (Java with Spring, JavaScript with NodeJS)

8. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment for iterative project turnarounds on mission critical systems.

9. Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.

10. Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, which will enable clients and teammates make good, thoughtful decisions.

11. Experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
