Help Desk Analyst for prominent global law firm in Washington, DC.

***The hours for this position are 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to firm computer systems, hardware, software, and remote access.

In this position candidate will be responsible for:

• Responding to technical support requests regarding hardware, software and remote access - either in person, over the phone, or via email in a professional, confident, and courteous manner

• Writing tips, frequently asked questions, and knowledge articles for the firm’s intranet and helpdesk knowledgebase

Position Requirements:

Must have at least 3-4 years of law firm help desk experience. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills required with a superior customer service attitude, experience working with Windows7/10 operating Systems and Active Directory, prior experience resolving issues with Microsoft Office 2010 and higher as well as Adobe Acrobat and iManage, remote access (Citrix and VPN) and mobile devices.
