Seeking mid-level candidates to support the Enterprise Data Team for a large defense organization preparing for and undergoing an audit. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, a good communicator/listener, organized, an ‘outside the box’ thinker, proactive, self-motivated, and team player/oriented.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. Education requirement is a four year degree from an accredited university or college; IT a plus

2. MUST be a US CITIZEN and already have at least a minimum NACLC background investigation; Interim Secret or Secret clearance preferred.

3. Ability to support client in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - possess four or more years’ experience

4. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a high-performing team structure - possess four or more years’ experience

5. Ability to develop and conduct presentations and briefs for Senior Leadership - possess four or more years’ experience

6. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & MS Project) - possess four or more years’ experience

7. Responsibility for the factual accuracy and thorough analysis, appropriateness of analytic methods/design, and resulting recommendations. - possess four or more years’ experience

8. Knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, Appendix D, FFMIA and TFM

9. Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) TFM Federal Financial Management System Requirements (FFMSRs)

10. Knowledge of internal control over financial reporting, utilizing OMB Circular A-123 Appendix A; knowledge of Appendices B and C.

11. Knowledge of reporting requirements of FMFIA and compliance with the Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government (the Green Book)

12. Knowledge of SAP configuration and data tables

13. Knowledge of the system change management processes; SAP environment a plus

14. Experience validating compliance with the TFM requirements, and providing recommendations to address compliance gaps

15. Developing CFO-CIO Partnership Charter for integration between the CFO and CIO organizations as necessary to achieve compliance with FFMIA

16. Experience identifying and evaluating FFMIA control gaps in business process documentation

17. CISA, CISSP, CPA certifications a plus
