Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required

Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule

Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented

Dayshift schedule

Skills Required:

Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information

Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner

Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously

Ability to probe effectively

Excellent oral and written communication

Good grasp of basic remote control diagnostics, video, and cable configuration

Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting

Must exhibit active listening

Must have good conversational skills

Must have good problem solving and analytical skills

Must have keen attention to details

Written skills at a level required to process a payment, effectively note billing and support systems
