We have a new employment opportunity for an Assisted Living Administrator to lead a small Assisted Living Facility / RCFE community in Mt Vernon, Washington. This Senior Living campus is located in a beautiful community. We are searching for an Executive Director with a stable background, a solid regulatory record, and experience maintaining occupancy.

The chosen Assisted Living Executive Director will ensure that residents thrive in a community that is pleasant, active, and supportive. Appropriate certification required.

Assisted Living Executive Director responsibilities include:

Managing profitability and quality assurance

Providing consistently excellent senior living services

Strengthening client base through Sales and Marketing

Providing overall leadership and management of a premier ALF community

Attracting and retaining top senior care professionals

Maintaining optimum occupancy level
