The primary function of the Speech Language Pathologist provides direct care, patient education and the management of the applicable therapy (speech) called for in the patients treatment plan. Consults with and educates other care team members concerning applicable patient assessment and treatment protocols. Serves as a rehabilitation resource for the care team.


Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Pathology with Master s Degree.

Must have a current licensure by the Georgia State Board of Speech Language Pathology.

Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical home health or Rehab or 5 years Rehab experience but not in home health.

Preference given to home health experience.

Previous work in Rehab Centers or Sub-acute units are a plus.
