We have an exciting new opening for a Divisional Vice President who will oversee a region of long-term care / skilled nursing (LTC / SNF) facilities in the Southeastern US. The ideal candidate will have substantial prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing Home management and documented success in Long-term SNF program development. Must have multi – facility experience.

* Nursing Home Administrator’s License required.

The Divisional Vice President is responsible for the overall operations of all buildings in the district. The Divisional VP provides leadership, direction, coordination, and administration of the operations to insure compliance. The DVP will carry out his or her duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while supporting the company’s mission, vision, and values. The ability to engage and motivate the workforce is required.

Divisional Vice President requirements:

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s License

• Solid regional / divisional / corporate / multi-facility (SNF) leadership experience is required

• Expertise in regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census

• Must be adept at fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

• Comprehensive understanding of LTC regulations reimbursement practices
