Nurse Recruiter completes full recruitment efforts for nursing and clinical job families inclusive of candidate screening, selection, decision making, and job offer creation. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers. Helps drive nursing recruitment strategy. Performs a variety of advanced duties requiring considerable judgment and detailed knowledge of recruitment procedures.

The recruitment team is headed by a seasoned director in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource leadership.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. Bachelors degree required

2. 2+ years of nursing/clinical recruitment required (non-clinical recruitment experience will not be considered)

3. Must be fun, dynamic, high energy, and willing to work with all team members

4. Previous experience with Workday is strongly preferred

5. Must posses strong presentation and public speaking skills

6. Must have experience with utilizing social media platforms

7. PHR preferred

8. SPHR preferred
