Major purpose:

Major functions: • Process AP invoices for payment to suppliers

• Work with customer supply chain and suppliers to research and resolve AP invoice issues

• Process month end AP accrual journals

• Prepare PA Check with invoices for internal audit

Technical/Functional skills:

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.: • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required

• Financial background with auditing and reconciliation experience

• Broad accounting concepts

• Proficient PC skills

• Excellent problem solving as it relates to accounts payable

• Ability to sit and use computer for extended periods of time

• Data entry experience with a high level of speed and accuracy
