The Senior Sales Manager will successfully own the sales process and take a consultative approach to help prospects understand how they can use our innovative production and technology mix to identify and solve problems within their organization. The Senior Sales Consultant will be a seasoned sales professional who overcomes challenges, makes connections with buyers, and can sell cloud based products across a multitude of industries to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Be a true hunter, prospect and develop quality relationships with potential buyers

Complete full-life cycle sales process, while effectively leveraging internal resources

Engage C-Level decision-makers and navigate organizational structure through an effective mix of phone prospecting, email, social selling, and other sales methods

Through an understanding of business processes, eloquently communicate how our production and technology digital media solutions can solve business challenges and drive business goals

Achieve monthly prospecting goals and ideally exceed revenue targets

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Have 7-10+ years of sales experience

Experience selling digital media solutions, video production and/or technology

Experience with a complex sales process involving multiple decision-makers

Full life-cycle sales experience, from first outreach to close

An understanding of innovative technologies/services

Experience selling to C-suite

Experience with Salesforce

Self-starter with excellent prospecting and relationship building skills

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Bachelors Degree

2. Have 7-10+ years of sales experience

3. Experience selling digital media solutions, video production and/or technology

4. Experience with a complex sales process involving multiple decision-makers

5. Full life-cycle sales experience, from first outreach to close

6. Experience selling to C-suite

7. Must have agency experience - must be able to carve out agency initiatives. Ideal agency experience will be someone with creative or digital agency sales.

8. Must have experience managing sales people 5

9. Must have salesforce experience

10. Ideal candidate will have SAAS experience.

11. Have experience selling directly to large brands? If yes, which one's?

12. Have experience selling into agencies? If so, which one's and what makes the candidate successful in this regard?
