Responsibilities:

Lead innovation and technology ion for elevator motor drive application. Lead innovation and technology ion programs. Provide technical mentorship for globally distributed team. Lead model based design initiatives. Provide technical leadership for global drive development programs. Lead and represent the group for technicalinteraction within UTC and external technical institutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

MS Engineering

PhD preferred.

10+ years of work experience or equivalent qualifications in motor drive and power electronics with a strong knowledge of drive and motor control.

Demonstrated innovation capabilities to enable growth initiatives and product offerings differentiation in the areas of Drives, alternative energy systems electrical power grids and power systems.

Product development experience and technical breadth in motor drives and power electronics.

Demonstrated ability to lead groups with diverse viewpoints towards a common solution.
