This role is is base + commission. Target compensation ranges from 46,500 - 55,000 depending on experience. The base pay is an hourly base ($13.50 - 15+ per hour DOE and commission target of 1,550 - 1800 per month). Our goal is to hire 30 candidates over the next 4-5 weeks.

At least 1 year of sales experience in a commissioned sales role. Outbound calling is a big plus. Wireless / technology experience is a plus. Account Executive / Account Management experience is not required. Someone who has done retail sales with commission opportunity or a call center role with opportunity to earn commission would be a good candidate. This is a call center environment so having worked in a call center before could be a plus too.

You will build winning relationships with current customers as you offer them our unparalleled product and service line. Your focus is to grow the businesses and recommend wireless solutions by suggesting service plans, data and other enhanced services, and successfully negotiate and close deals. Expand buying relationships and drive sales through targeted outbound calling with an existing customer account base of business clients.

You are the expert when it comes to analyzing customer needs and offering appropriate products and services with emphasis on growing the business.

Build trust with your customers using your ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues. Your problem solving skills help you to retain customer relationships and foster loyalty.

Your capacity to navigate and use multiple software systems with accuracy and efficiency will help you thrive in this role as you fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.

Your work ethic and ability to close the deal will allow you to achieve and exceed productivity and sales goals.

Continual training will ensure that you maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions, and sales approaches.

Manage your sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. So what does it take to succeed in this role? We’re looking for dynamic salespeople who can combine passion and self-motivation with well-developed time-management skills. You should also have:

2. • 1+ years sales in a commissioned or quota driven environment. Business sales and inside sales experience is a plus.

3. • Ability to thrive in fast paced sales environment and independently manage to multiple priorities and deadlines.

4. • Proficient using a computer, typing, using Outlook, and solid business writing skills.

5. • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is a huge plus.

6. • Wireless / telecommunications industry experience is a plus.

7. • High School Diploma/GED required.
