Graduate in any branch of learning with specialised Post graduate studies in area of Human Resources management or Social sciences.

About 3 to 5 years 'on the job' experience in personnel Management function directly assisting or dealing with and resolving substantive matters in the areas of Personnel Administration, Employee Relations and HR functions (recruitment, placement, induction training, salary and wage administration) in a Medium scale industry – candidates who have handled matters in multi- location units will be preferred.

Knowledge of labour laws (both, Central & State Government enactments) and competency to handle issues and obligations under Industrial Laws such as Industrial Dispute Act, EPF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc. and compliance thereof.

Experience of representing the Company before the Industrial Arbitration Courts or Labour Tribunals or other Statutory Authorities. Ability to liaise with external specialists in the area of HRD and Skills Development training. Proven communication and people management skills.
