JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Paris Marketing, a nimble tribe of creative brand warriors is looking to hire an all-in-one inbound marketer who can help support and grow the agency’s inbound marketing strategy and service offerings from the ground up. In other words, we are looking for someone who can get stuff done.

As a self-motivated, versatile professional, you will be AdWords certified and up to date on latest trends and tactics for search engine and content optimization for blogs, video, organic, PPC, etc. You should be able to leverage this knowledge using resources like SpyFu, Google Webmaster Tools or other platforms to generate killer campaigns and if necessary, develop solid on-page SEO strategies from scratch.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy, and working closely with all members of the agency’s creative team, you will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the agency and/or its clients, and for nurturing those leads before handing them off to our Director of Business Development. Some of the ways you will do this, include:

•Working collaboratively with your fellow brand warriors, and lending your expertise and insight in all things SEO, AdWords, PPC and the ever-evolving field in which you live and breathe.

•Identifying opportunities and strategies to develop and execute tactics that improve search rankings for key terms in the top, middle and bottom (branded) of the marketing funnel.

•Collaborating with Director of Content to create, build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar of high-quality content around important, relevant terms that is that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties and those of our clients (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

•Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

•Track all campaigns through results with the purpose of performing ROI analysis and recommendations specific to SEO and PPC web, content, and social media campaigns.

•Helping the agency explore and evaluate alternative CRM and marketing digital platforms.

•Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.

•Providing recommendations and management for digital advertising budgets and spend, including bid management, this includes providing expertise on other potential or novel opportunities

•Determining KPIs, goals and other benchmarks for SEO, organic and lead nurturing efforts, i.e., lead nurture email and calling campaigns.

•Integrating social and digital strategic thinking into all client and agency projects, and applying this thinking to support the development and distribution of social campaigns and online content that achieve better engagement and online experiences for our users.

Skills Required:

•BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

•Ability to listen and share ideas with our team and its clients in a collaboratel and professional manner

•Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.

•Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools

•Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.

•Experienced in industry standard content management platforms (Sitecore, WordPress and Drupal would be nice), as well as Google Analytics to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.

•Google AdWords Certified, (Bing Ads Certification would be nice),

•Solid command of search engine optimization (SEO)

•Ability to work within Microsoft Excel and Power Point

•Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

•Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, remarketing techniques, video
