Prepare monthly expense reports for Executives (CEO’s direct reports and select VP’s)

Manage PTO requests for Executives (CEO’s direct reports and select VP’s)

Prepare correspondence for Executive team

Prepare detailed notes or minutes at Leadership meetings

Assist with annual preparation of Executive budget

Perform general administrative duties including scanning, copying, filing, faxing and mailing documents

Maintain office supply inventory

Process invoices and maintain appropriate documentation of expenses

Distribute mail to Executives daily

Manage CUES and CCUBE membership for Executives and Board members

Prepare Executive On-Call Schedule
