Position Purpose:

• Position is for Data Entry Specialist.

• This role will focus on supporting the Customer Service team by ensuring timely and accurate order entry and administrative work.

• A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate keen attention to detail, the ability to analyze and problem solve, to act as a team player, to communicate clearly and to operate efficiently.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Order Management/ Fulfillment: The data specialist is responsible for assisting with accurate and timely order entry and working with Customer Service Representatives in managing customer requests.

Education, Experience, Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and one year relevant work experience

• Preferred: Order management systems

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office-specifically, Outlook, Excel, & Word

• Professional verbal and written communication skills


• The manager is looking for some people with clerical ability.

• Their job will primarily be inputting data into our system.

Note: Candidate must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder or Permanent Resident.
