Position: After Sales Manager HVAC /ACVR: - (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning / Air condition, Ventilation & Refrigeration)

Job Description & Responsibilities.

An HVAC service manager leads a team of service technicians who work with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. They are often responsible for meeting goals and maintaining customer satisfaction for the company.

Experience

8+ Years’ Service & Maintenance Experience in Air-condition Products (Commercial / Business / Industrial) large-scale building and industrial projects of which Minimum 5 years in managerial position, Plan, review, Solution designs, testing, commissioning, Service & Maintenance of HVAC/ACVR systems.

Knowledge of principles and methods for presentation, promoting, and services (Must be aggressive & highly motivated/Result Oriented)

Should have strong Knowledge in Finance/Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, account allocation, Account Receivable/Payable, Profit & Loss

Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using ERP Applications and features.

Qualification

Engineer in Electrical/Mechanical.

Communication

Fluency in English (Read/Write/Speak), Arabic would be preferable, together with high level negotiation and analytical skills are fundamental.

Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with M/S Word and Excel. Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using MS Project, and AutoCAD

Reporting to: GM/ Vice Chairman / Chairman

Principal Accountabilities:

The effective management of all staff and facilities and ensuring optimum efficiency & service to the Client.

The ability to liaise effectively & to foster sound relationships with the Client.

To uphold the quality of workmanship and integrity of HVACR Maintenance Section of weekly Situation reports and Month End reports.

Maximize asset utilization

Achieve service charter objectives

To oversee the day to day operation of the HVACR Maintenance Section

To liaise with the client on a daily basis in order to evaluate the best possible solution to issues at hand.

To liaise with suppliers & vendors in order to maximize services rendered.

To ensure that all technicians & personnel conduct themselves in a manner that will be beneficial to the Company.

To carry out periodic Performance Assessments on all technicians to ensure that the standard of workmanship & productivity is maintained.

To conduct inter departmental meetings on a weekly basis, to ensure that all personnel know what is expected of them & to follow up on all tasks current, awaiting purchases, and completed.

To ensure that all billing is completed timeously, & that the customer receives & signs off.

To meet as often as possible with the Client to ensure visibility & commitment to the tasks at hand.

To pay unannounced visits to the various sites in order to ensure that Technicians are performing to the standards set out
