Market Research Specialist

Market Research Specialists research, collect, and input financial data for RateWatch clients while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.


Monitor and gather interest rate and fee data from various sources

Maintain important financial data in database

Complete accounts according to client needs with fantastic attention to detail

Represent RateWatch and TheStreet by upholding our impeccable customer service and quality standards

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to form rapport with bank contacts

Demonstrate listening and probing skills with good attention to detail

Computer navigation is required with strong proficiency in 10 key data entry preferred

Knowledge of the financial industry as it relates to products and services is helpful, but not required


A minimum of a two-year degree preferred, but not required
