The Senior Material Scheduler Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the plant schedules for low complex plants in the European Zone in order to guarantee the maximum output of the plant installations, taking into account the restrictions of every department (e.g. finished good requirements, production, available packing materials, warehouse capacity

The Specialist needs to understand the planning and production process and interact with minimal number of suppliers. As well is responsible for the management of escalations. He/she will prioritize actions in order to mitigate GLY and Service Level hits analyzing information like: Warehouse capacity, volume of in stock materials, supplier characteristics (lead time, production capacity etc.), line performance.

Furthermore the Specialist continuously needs to analyze schedule and have prepared mitigation actions in case of issues. On this position you are expected to be in collaboration with the scheduling manager, MRP planners, other schedulers, department heads from the departments concerned and First Line Managers in various geographical locations. To take proactive actions to help to find the right balance between the different KPI’s like Core Working Capital, inventory days of coverage, Service Level, GLY etc.


• University degree in Economics, Logistics & Transportation or other

• Fluent English working proficiency

• 1-2 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain planning and MRP planning

• Good knowledge of SAP or ERP system preferred

• MS Excel and knowledge of MS Access

• Very good communication and negotiation skills
