My direct client is looking for Helpdesk Support Technician for their location in New York, NY. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position. Salary is DOE.

Duties & Qualifications:

• Able to deploy, manage and support both PC hardware and software, mobile device and Windows.

• Deep knowledge and experience in support of videoconferencing equipment.

• Physical installation of equipment in both office and data centers, trading floor support.

• General help desk support such as setting email accounts, password resets, and supporting moves, adds and changes

of internal employees

• Being positive, proactive and available to support team for all IT needs

• A firm background in troubleshooting and desktop support is required.
