Salary $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Southern USA

This newly available opportunity for a Director of Warehouse and Inventory reports to the C-level team and will be a key factor in achieving KPI. We need a skilled inventory & materials manager who possesses excellent customer service skills to work with our ever changing customer needs and is able to drive a culture of discipline & accountability throughout our facility.

To be considered for this position, you much have a Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent experience in Materials Management. A degree will help you move up to VP & other C-level positions. You must be extremely proficient in a variety of warehouse management and inventory management software programs.

Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 PLUS Bonus + Great Benefits & Paid Relocation to the heart of the South, close to the Mississippi River and several lakes where you’ll want your boat near as there are several places you’ll love spending time with access to some of the best fishing around! As the Director of Warehouse and Inventory, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the intercompany materials transfers to meet production needs

• Collaborate with other managers to ensure warehousing space is effectively used in regards to priority of production

• Oversee materials management for all off-site storage facilities ensuring accuracy & that quality requirements are met

• Work with inventory teams to ensure that product locations are properly assigned and tracked & are checked with internal audits

• Continuous improvements for the reduction in number of times materials are handled

• Contribute to KPI by driving efficiencies & accuracy in inventory management

• Develop and implement policy & procedure throughout the facilities, including off-sites, driving a culture of discipline and accountability

• Responsiveness to the ever changing needs of our customers and business

• Participate in quarterly business reviews with clients on continuous improvement actions.
