Ideally, this Supply Chain Manager meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of related supply chain management experience

• Experience with food/dairy manufacturing a must

• Previous experience managing and leading a team

• Experience with ERP systems required; Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred, or demonstrated ability to quickly build expertise in similar systems

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 PLUS stellar benefits and a paid relocation package to our facility in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. You’ll be in a bustling small town located in beautiful northwest countryside with lush greenery and inviting mountains & valleys, lakes & beaches. You’ll be able to boat, fish, hunt, bike, windsurf, hike, canoe, ski – water and snow – and relax in the beautiful outdoors on a regular basis. The food is excellent with more microbreweries than anywhere in the country. It’s an easy drive to one of several surrounding major metros or to the beach or mountains. Great sunshine – about 300 days a year – makes for great outdoor enjoyment. You’ll enjoy your spare time here in the Pacific Northwest!

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the functional expert providing leadership, strategic and tactical direction, and accountability to your direct reports in procurement, scheduling, and logistics. Other responsibilities will be:

• Recommend and implement policies/ practices that improve supply chain effectiveness

• Support business objectives for food safety, production efficiencies and growth

• Maintain and build relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Manage and coordinate responsibilities for strategic and replenishment procurement, production scheduling, warehousing, inventory and logistics

• Foster continuous improvement and accountability

• Be the point of contact for Supply Chain expertise or problem resolution

• Leadership in meetings and projects as part of the operations leadership team

• Safety, GMP, & CPG compliance in your areas.
