My client is looking for a Helpdesk Support for their location in Austin, TX. This is a Full Time position

Duties & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Desktop support

• One year of experience in Windows Server administration

• Availability to work off-hours, such as occasional nights and weekends

• Able to deploy, manage and support both Windows, Mac and Linux platforms as well as mobile devices

• Deep knowledge and experience in installation and support of both Office and Mac applications

• Physical installation of equipment in both office and data centers, such as setting up Cisco phones as well as desk moves.

• Light experience or knowledge of Cisco CLI a plus

• Experience with server hardware and data center hardware a plus

• General help desk support such as setting email accounts, password resets, and supporting moves, adds and changes of internal employees

• Being positive, proactive and available to support team for all IT needs

• Microsoft certification a plus, but not required
