Major purpose:

Position Overview:

Under close supervision, the Program Cost/Sales Order Analyst will create sales orders/invoices along with backup supporting documents, and research costs for Business Management and Contracts Departments to support the General Accounting Manager.

Major functions:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly Request for Invoices (RFIs) and sales orders for both fixed price and reimbursable sales

• Coordinate with personnel from various departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation for billing and subsequent collection

• Monitor and research cost and request journal entries to ensure costs are accumulated against work orders/WBSs correctly

• Determine O&A efforts completed and ready for billing

• Obtain Statements of Completion of Work(SOCOWs), when required

Cooperate and assist during audits

• Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with company policy.

• Exhibit positive courteous behavior with customers, businesses, and co-workers.

• Assist co-workers and those in other departments to successfully perform job tasks and functions when necessary.

• Follow all safety policies and practices as established by the company and/or regulatory bodies

Technical/Functional skills:

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related field with 0-1 year of related experience OR Associate Degree with 4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of experience and education.
