Credit Union Solutions/Banking Solutions Sales Consultants (FinTech Sales) - MidWest -TX, OK, MO or US SE – from VA down to FL or US NW or Northern Midwest from MN, SD, ND, WI, over to Detroit.

- Our prestigious client (who is a leader in providing cutting edge FinTech--Financial Technology/credit union solutions/banking solutions products and services to Credit Unions, Community Banks, Regional Banks and Financial Services Companies) is expanding their sales force and has retained us to identify leading sales professionals with knowledge and experience in account management and sales in this space to join their prospering team.

These Financial Sales Consultant positions would cover the

- US North East Region – NY, NJ, PA;

- US MidWest -TX, OK, MO;

- US NW- Oakland, CA, Seattle, WA

- US SE Region (from VA down to FL)

- US Midwest covering MN, SD, ND, WI, over to Detroit –

Sales Territory candidates may live in:

- US NE - NY, NJ, PA

- US Midwest Region - TX (Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio) or OK (Oklahoma City, Tulsa) or MO (Kansas City or St. Louis)

- US NW Region - Oakland, CA, Seattle, WA

- US SE Region – (from VA down to FL)

- US Northern Midwest - MN, SD, ND, WI, over to Detroit –

2. Will work from a home-based office,

3. Must have experience selling with a 90-180 day sales cycle or longer

4. Must have multiple sales contacts with top financial executives

5. Must have experience selling (products and/or services sales tickets in the $250K - 500K range or higher)

6. Must have experience selling to credit unions, regional banks and community banks

7. Must have (current) experience presenting to C-Level Executives (in credit union, regional and community banks)

Summary of Credit Union Solutions/Banking Solutions Sales Consultants (FinTech Sales):

We are looking for a talented and competitive Regional Account Manager that thrives in a multi-faceted banking solutions or technical sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable with significant travel within your territory 50%+, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities for Credit Union Solutions/Banking Solutions Sales Consultants (FinTech Sales) :

•Source new sales opportunities through all available resources: outbound calling, channel partners, tradeshows, referrals etc.

•Follow defined sales process

•Identify prospect pain points and align appropriate solutions

•Work within a team based sales process with other regional and national account managers, and key channel partners

•Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

•Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

•Perform effective presentations to credit union executives (often time a large group of executives).

•Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

Requirements for Credit Union Solutions/Banking Solutions Sales Consultants (FinTech Sales)

•Minimum 5+ years proven territory sales experience within financial services, FinTech, BankTech industry selling 'White Paper' (overdraft protection systems, overdraft services, compliance services, acquisition systems/services, specialized checking systems, rewards debit cards, loan products etc), technology/software services and service agreements and/or consulting services to community bank and credit union executive teams.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience prospecting and presenting to C-Level Executives in credit unions (as well as) regional banks (as well as community banks).

•Track record of over-achieving quota--include these stats in your resume

•Strong phone presence

•Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

•Experience working with Salesforce.com

•Excellent verbal and written communications skills

•Strong listening and presentation skills

•50% travel

•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

•BA/BS degree or equivalent in-kind work experience
