We are seriously looking for a competent office assistant to giving out and support intellectually, physically and mentally to meet up with the vision and mission statement of our great film.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating requirement,placing,expediting order, verifying receipt and delivering supplies to work stations

* To forward information by receiving and distributing communication,collecting and mailing correspondence and copying of information.

* To give update job knowledge by participating in education opportunities

* To maintain office schedule by picking up and delivering items missing automobile.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be an office experience, general scheduling.

* Communication skills

* Typing skills

* Documentation skills

* Meeting planning
