Job Responsibilities:

The admin Specialist will assist the department and it’s all administrative activities

Responsible for Documentation coordination between teams of different cultures

Will handle inter-departmental communication

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and

monitoring administrative projects

Inventory of office supplies and distribution

Vehicle management

Handling security and utility personnel

Events, cash, Uniform management

Scout for suppliers

Will do canvasing

Job Qualifications:

Filipino Chinese (or any other citizenship)

Knowledgeable in the General Admin Work

Must be able to do Procurement process

Willing to do field work and familiar with Metro Manila area

Energetic, shows initiative in work, self-motivator, Highly responsible

Can handle work under pressure

Good working knowledge base about Government Regulations and Labor Laws

Strong analytical skills

Can speak, read and write Mandarin, and English

Must have exemplary MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
