We are seeking a hands on Lead Generation Supervisor who can help us grow our leads in key business areas. This is a field position working at designated showrooms in which you will recruit, manage, and train a team of Lead Generators to assist in our marketing and sales efforts to help hand off new business opportunities to nurture, measure and convert.

You will be a team player, an energetic problem solver, and interact with the sales and marketing organization to analyze and fuel results.

In this critical role, you will need to have a sense of adventure to find unexplored face to face lead opportunities that can map to lead models and fill the funnel. You’ll embody urgency, partnership, technology and flexibility and bring your skill and expertise daily contributing to targeted marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect face to face leads from criteria you help design, deliver and support

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Canvassers

Communicate with the sales organization daily, providing the narrative of each list, helping to strategize and build strong pipeline opportunities

Enable a cohesive integration of new leads into the sales CRM

Collaborate with leadership to produce leads that match program requirements and measure the results

Work with the events team to help feed the lead needs in assigned locations and organize and manage the acquisitions.

Follow up and measure lead efficacy and performance, generate regular dashboard reports for management

Perform as needed market analysis and gather data

Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Competencies:

3+ years of face to face lead generation experience

Retail event marketing and face to face lead generation experience highly desired

Ability to proactively approach consumers in a retail or event setting

Outgoing and competitive personality

Great at the minutia and a disciplined self-manager to meet deadlines

Diligent and organized

Understands how leads are worked in a variety of Marketing programs to convert new business

Excellent written and verbal communication

Reliable transportation
