Area Director of Restaurant Operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-unit restaurant operator to join a privately-owned company to oversee full service operations.

The locations are location throughout the Shenandoah Valley area and close proximity to I 81, Harrisonburg/Staunton/Lexington markets.

The ideal Director will have full service, casual themed brands with bar, preferably a blended background encompassing corporate/franchise and reputable independents.

The Director will report to the sole owner and assume responsibility for the operations.

Strong team building, guest service, P&L and savvy operations insight are required.
