We are searching for a Regional Vice President who will be responsible for oversight of several Nursing Homes / Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC / SNF) in Western Washington. Good solid SNF group. We are looking for an RVP candidate with a verifiable track record of success in Regional Level SNF / LTC management. (Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s license and multi-facility nursing home experience is required.)

The ideal nursing home RVP candidate will have substantial prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing Home management and documented experience in program development and census/occupancy growth.

RVP / VP of Operations requirements:

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s License

• Multi-facility or corporate leadership (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / LNHA) experience

• Expertise in LTC regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census

• Must be adept at fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

• Comprehensive understanding of Long-term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC / SNF) reimbursement practices

• Solid Nursing Home leadership skills

Regional Vice President / VP responsibilities:

• Cost containment

• Ensuring exceptional regulatory compliance

• Optimizing customer relations

• Managing and supervising staff in the region
