Major purpose: We currently have an opportunity for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT at our Torrance, California location. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately handling Accounts Payable transactions by matching, verifying and processing all related documentation including receiving reports, purchase orders, and vouchers.

Technical/Functional skills:

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.: You should have at least two years of accounts payable experience, with knowledge of basic accounting concepts.

Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary, and computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications is required; experience using Infor LN application is highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving abilities relating to accounting are needed. Completion of formal accounting coursework is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

In addition to general AP processing, this person would also be responsible for coding the expense reports and the procards. Looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
