Human Resources Manager - $100-120K + Bonus – Consumer Packaged Goods – Consumer Products world class manufacturing organization, seeks a top notch HR Manager to manage Human Resources at one of their largest plants. Plant HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall business objectives in labor/union relations, staffing, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP and safety. HR Manager will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business and assists top management with planning, development and implementation of HR initiatives. This is a highly visible role in one of their flagship facilities that has both strategic and tactical components. 4 direct reports.

Bachelor's degree., Masters, SPHR or PHR a plus. Experience Required: 10 + yrs HR generalist. 3 + yrs HR Management experience managing multiple direct reports. Top HR person in manufacturing plant of 350+ employees. Union/labor Relations essential. Driving change. KPI/metrics based HR management. Lean manufacturing a plus. Working with seasonal works, a plus. Bilingual (Spanish), a plus. Consumer products manufacturing a plus (Food, Beverage, HBA, Cosmetics, OTC Products, ect)
