Human Resources Manager - $105-125K + Bonus – Chemicals Manufacturing - Responsible for two union sites (400+ employees at one site, 250 at another; heavy union); Labor Relations, Contract Negotiations Skills; Organizational development, managing smooth organizational transitions; Operational Excellence, supporting and coaching managers; Ensuring members of the HR team are fully competent in their areas of expertise, providing training; Performance and talent management; Strong Employee relations and labor relations skills; Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines and laws for safety, health, and environmental.

BS degree, MS/MBA a plus - SPHR/PHR is a plus. 10+ years of HR leadership in a manufacturing environment; Labor Relations, Contract Negotiations Skills; Leading and implementing change in a plant environment, Continuous Improvement projects, CI workforce; TPM implementation, GATE assessments, skill matrices; Organizational Development and Operational Excellence; Union experience; Multi-site experience; Employee Relations / Labor Relations; Performance management, people development experience; Proficient in MS Office, People Management, Talent and Performance Management systems;
