Answering Service Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced call center agents to work in an inbound call center (answering service). This inbound call center provides answering services to different companies. MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work between the hours of 12pm-1am. Days of the week are always include Friday, Saturday, Sunday and two weekdays. This job involves absolutely no telemarketing tasks. Hours may vary.


*Answering phone calls and taking accurate and detailed messages

*Documenting all calls into specialized system accurately

Required Skills/Qualifications:

*MUST HAVE 1 year call center experience (inbound or outbound)

*Working knowledge of computers and MS Office programs

*Solid work history with at least 2 years of work

*Good listening skills

*Able to commit to weekend schedule

Job Requirements:

*Above average telephone etiquette

*Professional attitude and demeanor

*Excellent customer service skills

*Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

*Pre-employment drug screen and nationwide background check

*Excellent attendance record
