Description:

We require the services of a customer service officer/ representative who will interact with customers in providing swift response to information about products and services offered and to resolve inquires and complaints.

DUTIES.

* Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.

*Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints and recommendations as well as actions taken.

*Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' complaints.

*Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS.

Coordination.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills

Excellent use of the Microsoft Package Suite.

Good telephone manner and courteous behavioural skills.

Great team player.

Excellent listening and learning skills
