A newly established Japanese company that distributes food ingredients is looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead the sales and marketing strategies and activities of the company.

Responsibilities will include:

Determining and implementing annual sales and marketing goals

Monitoring costs of products, competitions and supply and demand

Training and orientating employees

Keeping sales volume as well as product price based on supply and demand, changing trends and competitors’ movements.

Qualifications/Skills required:

Graduate of any Business course

At least 5 years of experience

Excellent negotiation and training skills

Market knowledge of the business.
