Job Description

1. Answer questions about products and services;

2. Assist members in opening and closing a savings account;

3. Check completeness and accuracy of entries on savings deposit and withdrawal slips;

4. Receive and post savings and time deposit transactions;

5. Compute quarterly interest and post it to each subsidiary ledger and passbook; filing of slip, certificate of time deposit and Daily Summary Report;

6. Prepare documents for loan releases and ensure that they are completely filled out and duly signed by the borrowers;

7. Prepare the Statement of Account;

8. Prepare the Daily Sales Summary based on issued invoices;

9. Secure Cash Sales until full remittance to prevent losses/shortages;

10. Remit cash collection for the day to Branch Coordinator for Deposit to SIDC Bank Account;

11. Monitor stock card of the warehouseman/helper and balance to POS;

12. Prepare monthly schedule of Regular Savings and Time Deposits, Loans Receivables (Current and Past Due), Accounts Receivable, Inventory report, and Unused Office Supplies;

13. Actively participate in safety, health and environmental programs and supports housekeeping programs;

14. Prepares and submits reports that may be required, files correspondence and documents, registers incoming and outgoing communication, forwards messages to the respective addresses and/or posting them on the information board;

Job Qualification

• Male/Female

• Graduate of any business courses (Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management)

• Keen to details, with customer service skills

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
