Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Preferably from Pasig City.

Full-Time position(s) available.

Essential Duties

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, primary function is to recruit qualified and competent candidates for identified positions of the company. Also responsible in conducting administrative, recruitment and training needs of employees, and supports HR campaigns and efforts for the company. Person in charge of this position should conduct documentation and reporting support at all times and as per instruction of the HR Manager. Monitor individual performance to achieve or technical and career growth.

Responsibilities and Competences:

Selects applicants to fill-in identified vacant positions.

Schedules and conducts interviews to all applicants.

Evaluates applicants for critical and/or final interview with departmental managers.

Ensures proper filing and retrieval of corporate documents, records, and reports.

Provides proper file management of all recruitment files and documents.

Ensures accurate and timely administrative and logistical support for all HR and over-all events of the company.

Uses proper forms for the department as approved by the HR Manager.

Diligently performs all HR policies at all times.

Performs all HR Department’s procedures with diligent implementation of the MOP.

Departmental Reports Prepares and submits daily and weekly report/update report as per instructions of the HR Manager.

Provides regular feedback and monitoring within the department and submit report to the HR Manager.
