Job Description:

*Responsible for planning, creating and communicating forecasts and schedules.

*Headcount tracking and Capacity planning.

*Maintaining right headcount, calculating call capacity, and ensuring *Service Level targets are met.

*Maintenance and upkeep of scheduling software.

*Reporting and data management activities around scheduling and forecasts.

*Co-ordinate with operations and other departments. Recommend changes to *improve processes and increase efficiency of operations.

*Analyzing schedule performance, forecast accuracy, underlying assumptions, *historical trends and make continuous adjustments and improvements to the *forecasting, headcount planning and scheduling process to ensure service levels are met while meeting profitability goals.

*Maintain confidentiality around strategies, practices and business information.

*Interact with real time/mission control team to enable them manage the intraday operations on the projection.

*Willing to work in afternoon shift (12PM to 9PM, Manila Time).

Skills Required:

*Minimum 2 year experience in forecasting and scheduling preferably using *Excel and Erlang.

*Strong skills in using Excel to create and maintain historical data and forecasting models.

*Applied knowledge of predictive statistics will be a strong advantage.

*Proficiency in eWFM is required.

*Knowledge of inbound call center environment is preferred.

*Actuarial/Statistics/Math background will be an advantage.

Other Requirements:

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

*At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Applicants must be willing to work in PASIG.

*Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees.
