A Japanese company that distributes food ingredients is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team based in Makati City.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

Updating sales database by inputting sales orders and other sales-related documentation

Sending sales reports and daily action summaries to the Manager

Preparing sales presentation

Reporting any inventory or service issues to the management

Arranging and monitoring shipments of products.

Qualifications/Skills required:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or in a related field of study


At least 2 years’ experience in Sales and Administrative work.
