The HRM – Site HR is responsible for the overall service delivery of all employee relations functions by developing and building strong relationships with designated operations partners and employees. The incumbent will also act as primary liaison and point of contact between the business and the HR-ER department.

The HRM – Site HR will also support the objectives of other HR teams, such as Business Partner, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Legal, and Recruiting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*Development, review and administration of policies and procedures and labor compliance

*Employee discipline

*Development and implementation of other strategic employee relations initiatives

*Continuous Improvement - Ensure the effective delivery of all services to the Organization and ensure that those services are continually improved.

Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

*Manage individual employee relations cases, from incident report through final disposition. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that all cases are properly documented and will be responsible for issuing complete reports and recommendations.

*Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.

*Respond to complex queries and managing all aspects of issues across the employee lifecycle.

*Be a champion on all ER knowledge and policy development, understand changes in legislation and implement them within the company.

*Liaison with external bodies, work to improve all policies, and stay up-to-date in market trends.

*Oversee a team of HR Supervisor, Officer, specialists and assistants. You will also develop process improvements for all aspects of the employee relations team, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

*Understand the role and contribution of other functional groups and how Employee Relations impacts and is impacted by other functions.

Educational Background:

*Has a university degree and/or proven competencies in HR management, labor law, employee relations, and management

Work Experience:

*Has a proven and successful track record of effective leadership in HR and/or Employee Relations Capacity

*Has in depth knowledge of HR tools that can be used for HR Operations

*Has a working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rule and regulations

*Has a good understanding of CRM best practice and markets

*Has experience working in a performance driven environment

Skills Requirements:

*Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills. Preferably with experience in multinational company in a multi-cultural setting.

*Working knowledge of the principles and practices of industries relevant to the client supported and the company's growth goals. Regularly applies principles, theories and concepts, and has the ability to determine a course of action based on these guidelines or operational requirements.

*Strong leadership, consulting and organizational commitment

*Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment.

*Computer literate with basic knowledge of financial planning and analysis, forecasting using spreadsheet, and with advanced knowledge of Office tools.

*Highly organized and detail oriented.

*High level of maturity and sense of responsibility

*Highly analytical and must be results-oriented with a strong foundation of integrity

Other Requirements

*At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Applicants must be willing to work in Iloilo.

*Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
