Job Description

LMS Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of Knowledge Management, along with the planning, delivery and evaluation of related online product training or other online courses or content.

The primary objective is to manage the direct and indirect provision of virtual course content; the planning, delivery and evaluation of the related training; completing Needs Assessments to determine course goals and learning outcomes as well as ensuring Virtual training levels meet or exceed client and company expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

*Manage and assist in the development and design of full virtual course curriculum to meet course goals.

*Ensuring regular call calibration sessions with the virtual development team

*Work in conjunction with Reporting department to produce reports.

*Working closely with cross functional groups ensuring that improvement steps are initiated and ongoing.

*Manage and assist in the development of effective and targeted certification requirements and evaluation methods for the Virtual Content department.

*Maintain, modify and improve existing course materials based on trainer, trainee and manager feedback.

*Oversee the reviewing and updating of online course content

*Mastering Intranet and deploying it as a standard Knowledge Management tool for all applicable projects.

*Implementing ongoing knowledge management improvement cycle by collecting and analysing document awareness results, CSRs feedback about available documentation, initiating surveys and taking relevant actions for improvement

*Oversees collection of information related to product knowledge and development of virtual training modules

*Continuously reviewing procedures and implementing improvements with feedback to Corporate Governance

Requirements:

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

*At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Applicants must be willing to work in EDSA / MANDALUYONG / PASIG.

*Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & *Development or equivalent.

*Full-Time position(s) available.
