Manufacturing & Engineering IT Analyst – Maintenance and Reliability Applications

Salary $100,000 - $120,000 plus Great Benefits & Paid Relocation

Are you ready to use your IT Systems, manufacturing, & engineering experience in a large plant? Get paid for bringing it all together? You will be the quality standard that ensures the stability, integrity, & efficient operations of our plant-wide manufacturing & engineering systems. This role understands the M&E applications as it relates to maintenance and reliability while supporting the global Manufacturing and Engineering Business and IT organizations.

Some of the responsibilities include coordinating, planning and execution of the tasks that are associated with maintenance, support, and enhancement of one or more of the Maintenance and Reliability applications within the organization. You will also support the end-user in relation to installation and tuning. The M&E IT Analyst will use the applications to provide troubleshooting for user devices, systems, applications, and communication links to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operations of the M&E Information Systems.

You’ll need a working knowledge of one or more of these systems: Work Order Management Systems, Inspection Data Management Systems, Isometric drawings, SAP and its interfaces, Barcode systems used in maintenance application and the use of hand held devices for managing maintenance work activities.

You’ll need a working knowledge of: M&E Applications, Microsoft Office, SAP Interfaces, PCMS, APOLLO, Auto Cad, Primavera P6, and knowledge of IT/OT intersection.

Minimum Requirements for this IT Systems Administrator’s position:

• BS degree in IS, Engineering, or technical degree

• At least 5 years Information Systems and/or maintenance and reliability systems experience

• Experience in maintenance information technology/operational technology.

• Experience overseeing processes to patch and upgrade applications

• Working knowledge of maintenance and reliability applications to support business operations such as Inspection Data Management systems and Maintenance Scheduling

• Advanced troubleshooting skills in maintenance and reliability applications

• Technical and Programming skills

• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products

• Must be able to obtain a TWIC card
