Title of Position: Senior District Manager

Job Description: This particular District Manager candidate will be accountable for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development. The Senior District Manager is in a position to lead their team by example following guidelines, procedures and our businesses values. As the Senior District Manager, you will be engaged in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar company from building guest relationships to promoting local community involvement. You’ll architect techniques to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, and integrate our strategic blueprint. Qualifications:

The Senior District Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times

Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Senior District Manager

The Senior District Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Senior District Manager

5+ years of multi-unit management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Senior District Manager
