Job Description:

We are seeking a Executive Administrative Assistant for a very important client.

This position will provide executive-level support to the CFO and General Counsel and will be responsible for the following: managing all administrative aspects in support of two senior executives including managing a very busy schedule of calendaring, correspondence, travel and expense reimbursements; will also provide back-up support for the investor relations function, through calendaring and telephone conferencing; assisting in preparing legal documents and handling confidential information, coordinating and support for meetings of the Board of Directors and applicable committees; and supporting the Legal Department’s contract paralegal in managing the department filing system. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as be a proactive and resourceful individual.

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Education and Work Experience:

- 10+ years of experience working with senior level executives

- College degree desirable

- Very strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

- Extremely proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; highly computer literate

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with excellent follow-through to meet deadlines

- Independent judgment, tact, diplomacy and professionalism required

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision and direction

- Capable of interacting with all levels of management in a professional manner
