About the business and the role

We are looking for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, has had experienced in reception or a team assistant role is able to think on their feet quickly, possess excellent communication skills, is organised, well present and someone who wants to be part of a team that loves what they do and who they do it for.

Role & Responsibilities

Entering data entry into the office integrated management system software

Drafting and preparing documentation

Day-to-day responsibilities including: acting as the first point of contract for all enquires and a range of general office administration duties (answering phones, managing helpdesk email account, supplier & client liaison, being the first point of contact for staff, scanning, filing etc.)

Assisting the team with various project work which can include data entry, binding, collating information

Any other office administration tasks that may arise from time to time

Assist colleagues whenever necessary to complete timely tasks and reach critical deadlines

Assist with the head office upkeep

Stationery and stock management – internally

Picking up Mail from mailboxes

Support Operations Department on a day to day basis.

You must have a drivers licence and car

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role (2+ years)

Highly organised

Excellent team player

Can work on own initiative

Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)

Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced, diverse role

Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, Outlook and Word

Be flexible and possess a can-do attitude

Must have high attention to detail and be able to work autonomously
