Information Technology (IT) Technician/Engineer

Infinity Network Solutions Inc is expanding its client support team and looking to add an experienced Network Engineer. Infinity Network Solutions Inc., along with our sister company Essential Data Services Inc, is a unique provider of application sharing (Cloud Computing) and off site data backup services, and computer network consulting company, providing high level, industry leading service to a select group of businesses.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Server Knowledge with Active Directory and Windows Access Rights Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures. Networking, experience with Firewalls VLANs, DMZ,network redundancy Analyze problems, troubleshooting, coordinating and implementing solutions. Provide telephone/remote support and onsite service (requires travel within the GTA)

Must Have - Computer and technical skill experience with

• Windows networks platform and PC environments:

• Windows Servers (2003, 2008, 2012)

• Citrix XENAPP and XENServer

• Exchange (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)

• Switches (VLAN) Routers and Firewalls

• Active Directory• Citrix XenApps & XenApps servers skills and knowledge

• Certificates: ITIL and A+ MICROSOFT CERTIFICATIONS

• Microsoft Certified Solution Associate

• Microsoft Certified Solution Expert

• (Windows Server, Exchange, Sharepoint/365)

Must have: Own vehicle, valid license and be willing to travel within the GTA.

Minimum 7 years industry Experience

University education and/or related industry Diploma

Skills in the following areas would be an asset:

knowledge Labtech or any type of Remote Management System

TSM (Tivoli) Datto, Storagecraft Backup Systems

Work on Firewalls (Sonicwall, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet)

Cyber and Network Security (Solarwinds, SpectorsoftSuccessful

Candidate will be: A leader, solution oriented, quick thinking with out of the box problem solving skills and the ability to select effective solutions. Have experience dealing with business users, enjoy customer service and fast paced environment. A desire to be part of a team and contribute to the growth and development of a expanding company Possess Soft skills – organized, detail oriented, time management skills, self motivated, work with limited supervision, professional manner, friendly demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate a desire and willingness to learn new technologies continuously.Salary and bonuses commensurate with experience and ability.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends if required

Must be willing to work on flex-hour schedule if required
